Summer Shenanigans!

Summer is vastly approaching, thankfully.  When I think of summer, I can't help but think of hanging by the pool with friends, laying on the beach, and 4th of July fireworks!

Though it isn't here just yet, I think it is a perfect time to start planning some fun activities.  Here are a few things to consider.

1. Saturday morning trip to the Farmers Market to pick up a watermelon, some strawberries, etc.

2. Take a day trip to Wrightsville Beach.

3. Go to First Friday Gallery Walk in Downtown Raleigh.

4. Go to a festival, like Beer Fest in Moore Square.

5. Go to a concert at the Time Warner Cable Arena.  Tim McGraw & The Black Keys will be here!

What are your must-do summer activities?

Tuesday

Downtown Cary.

Downtown Cary, it's kind of like one of those charming little places you see on TV.  Local shops, a train station, a museum, and more.

Here are a view highlights of one hopping little spot.  You should visit, soon.

Great Food...

Fun Activities...

     Lucky Pie Gallery.

Farmers Market.

There's always something going on, check it out.

Friday

Serendipity.

Serendipity: an aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident.

Jenn and Zach had to stop by the train station in Downtown Cary (don't ask) and they discovered Serendipity Gourmet Deli.

It was discovered by accident and will forever be desired.  I enjoyed a Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Pita Pocket.  It was DELICIOUS!

Take a peek, and stop by when you can.  You won't regret it!!!

Tuesday

True Trianglite!

I was born and raised in the South.  I take pride in being a Southerner.  I also take pride in being a Triangleton.  For those of you that don't know about The Triangle, it is the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area.   If you look closely, they form a perfect triangle.

To be considered a true Trianglian you must have done the following things.

1. Attended a Tobacco Road Game

2. Attended a Festival

3. Have been on Franklin Street for Halloween

4. Attended First Friday

5. Eaten from a Food Truck

Do You Pass the Test?  I DO!!

1. I have attended a NCSU-UNC game: sat in the NCSU Student section wearing UNC!
2. I have been to Beer Bourbon BBQ in Cary, several times.
3. While in college, I was on Franklin Street for Halloween.
4. I have been to First Friday to support my friend, Bishop.
5. I have eaten from Only Burger, it's a must!

Friday

In The Books!

Well boys and girls, Week 1 of Go90x is officially in the books.  It has been one long week, but Team "Poor Candace" is staying strong.  All checked-in and ready for next week.

On top of the Go90x success, Zach and I are already seeing the perks of the market getting better.  Our buyers are finding great homes, and our listings are seeing great activity.  Some even going under contract within 3 days!!  Hope the greatness and the excitement continues...

Tuesday

Go90x, again. Why?

As you know from my last blog, I am doing Go90x again.   While I announced my participation, I didn't explain why.  So here are my reasons why.

1. Zach basically forced me.  Kind of.  Maybe.  Pulled my arm, slightly!

2. I get a sweet prize. Who doesn't like a prize.

3. Any chance I get to work on a team with Jenn and Zach, I take it!

4.Doing Go90x helps Zach's business grow.

5. Go90x simply reiterates why Go Realty is different and why our agents are so special.

To my fellow Go90x-ers, Good Luck!
